RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our charity client based in Nottingham for a Head of Service (Domestic Abuse).

This is a full time, temporary contract until March 2025 and offers a salary of £36,112 FTE.

Our client is dedicated to providing specialist support services for survivors of domestic violence and abuse. They're on a mission to ensure that every survivor feels empowered, supported, and heard.

As a member of their team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the service and making a positive impact in the community.


Your Role:


As our Head of Service, you'll be a key leader in our organisation, working closely with the Deputy CEO to drive operational excellence and ensure the highest standards of support for survivors and their children.

From leading strategic planning to managing service delivery, you'll be at the forefront of their mission, making a real difference every day.

Requirements:


  • Significant management and leadership experience in the charity sector, particularly in working with women affected by domestic violence and abuse.
  • Proven track record of managing complex cases and crisis situations.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Full driving license and access to a car for work use may be required.
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required. On call duties may be required on a rota basis. Some travel will be expected.
