Description
The Kelly Group is a principal contractor supporting and providing engineering resource to Openreach for over 24 years. We are recruiting for a Stats Administrator.


In your role you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the nature of a Job Pack to ensure correct information is used for Utility prints
  • Obtaining Utility prints from utility providers
  • Workload management, including chasing externally for delayed Utility prints
  • Communicating Stats status to field and planning team to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Adhering to in house and external procedures relating to utility requests
  • Liaising with utility providers if necessary to review utility prints provided
  • Validation of Utility prints, adhering to Health and Safety procedures such as HSG4
  • Ensuring that that data is correctly logged on the database
  • Maintenance of Utility prints, renewing in a timely manner to support field in meeting business and contract deadlines

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:

  • Proficient use and knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
  • Working knowledge of PC systems and experience of client & customer liaison
