Description

The Kelly Group is a principal contractor supporting and providing engineering resource to Openreach for over 24 years. We are recruiting for a Stats Administrator.

In your role you will be responsible for:

Understanding the nature of a Job Pack to ensure correct information is used for Utility prints
Obtaining Utility prints from utility providers
Workload management, including chasing externally for delayed Utility prints
Communicating Stats status to field and planning team to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Adhering to in house and external procedures relating to utility requests
Liaising with utility providers if necessary to review utility prints provided
Validation of Utility prints, adhering to Health and Safety procedures such as HSG4
Ensuring that that data is correctly logged on the database
Maintenance of Utility prints, renewing in a timely manner to support field in meeting business and contract deadlines

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:

Proficient use and knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
Working knowledge of PC systems and experience of client & customer liaison
