A well-established manufacturer based in Newmarket, Suffolk are in need of a production operative for an immediate start as they look to grow in 2024 Early finish every Friday

You will be working for a large Newmarket based company within their workshop as a brazer. Therefore, machine shop / production experience will be necessary to be considered for the role.

The available starting salary is circa £11.50ph with overtime available at increased rates of pay.

Production duties include (but are not limited to):

Brazing of metal components together
Prepping of metals before use
Maintaining a clean work environment
Flexible approach to work to meet customer demands.
Helping with other workshop duties when necessary

The working hours for the role are 07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday with a 12:30 finish every Friday

Someone with experience in brazing would be ideal however prior experience in manufacturing or production will be considered.
