Milton Keynes Support Centre
Salary:
£35,000 - £45,000
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Have you got experience in using and maintaining HR Systems and are confident in analysing people data? Scania GB are looking for a motivated individual to fulfil the exciting position of HR Systems and Data Analyst.
The main responsibility is to supportthe People and Culture Systems Manager as we implement a new system, Success Factors, in Scania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop the people and culture systems to support our business.
- In support of the Systems Manager, maintain the roadmap of system enhancements across people and culture systems, keeping stakeholder up to date on functionality and gather/maintain future requirements.
- Develop, maintain and interpret people analytics, report and management information dashboards.
- Provide people and culture insight and analytics on key workforce metrics to improve and drive business decision making.

- Excellent organisational skills to be able to manage conflicting demands and deadlines
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Proactive self stater
- Willing to take on new challenges to continually improve ways of working
Technical Skills:
- Confident analytical and IT skills as well as advanced knowledge of Excel
- Demonstrable IT skills, including working with a HR system
- Success Factors and/or cloud based HR systems experience would be an advantage
- Accurate and confident in the use of data
