Our goal is to provide good quality and affordable housing in Leeds 2, Headingley, Woodhouse, and Hyde Park. We specialise in student properties and professional lets, and we enjoy nothing more than finding tenants their perfect home.
An exciting new opportunity has become available to work for our growing and dynamic company. We are looking for a Lettings Negotiation Administrator to join our team.
Your duties will be diverse and interesting and include but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Interact with landlords to understand their property requirements and preferences.
- To help to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
Property Valuation:
- Conduct property assessments to determine market rental values.
- Assist on pricing strategies to optimize property leasing.
Marketing and Advertising:
- Create attractive property listings with detailed descriptions and highquality visuals.
- Utilise various channels for property advertising, including online platforms and social media.
Tenant Screening:
- Respond to tenant inquiries, arrange property viewings, and provide information.
- Compile background checks, including references and credit assessments.
Negotiation:
- Negotiate rental terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Balance the interests of landlords and tenants during the negotiation process.
Paperwork and Documentation:
- Draft and prepare tenancy agreements and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary paperwork and legal requirements.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues throughout the leasing process.
Market Research:
- Offer insights and recommendations to landlords based on market conditions and trends.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of property listings, viewings, and transactions.
- Handle administrative tasks associated with the leasing process.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and compliance requirements.
