White Gables are looking to recruit an Activity Co-ordinator to work with our professional team of staff and our lovely residents.
There will be some flexibility over hours and we would like the occasional day at a weekend. This can be discussed at interview.Duties for this position include:
- Plan and coordinate daily activities for residents, including social events, outings, and recreational activities.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
- Manage and maintain a schedule of activities, ensuring a variety of options for residents to participate in.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and engaging environment for residents.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities.
Experience:
- Previous experience in activity coordination or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of residents and staff members.

From £10.42 per hour
