White Gables are looking to recruit an Activity Co-ordinator to work with our professional team of staff and our lovely residents.

There will be some flexibility over hours and we would like the occasional day at a weekend. This can be discussed at interview.


Duties for this position include:

  • Plan and coordinate daily activities for residents, including social events, outings, and recreational activities.
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
  • Manage and maintain a schedule of activities, ensuring a variety of options for residents to participate in.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and engaging environment for residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in activity coordination or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of residents and staff members.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £10.42 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

  • Skellingthorpe (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Skellingthorpe: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
