Our client is the national leader in the design, manufacture and installation of innovative metal fabrication and powder coating products in its field, supplied to an ever-expanding marketplace.

This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced QHSE professional to join an industry leading company that is serious about its plans for growth and improvement.
Along with changing customer expectations and supply challenges, the business is expecting excitingchanges over the coming twelve months and this role will be pivotal to the successful implementation of those changes.
Working closely with the Manufacturing Director and Production Manager, you will be given the opportunity to take on the management of the Integrated Management Systems, ensuring compliance and making the very most of adhering to ISO standards.
Your Role:
As the QHSE Manager, you will ensure that all processes, procedures and systems are in compliance with quality standards and regulations and influence the team to utilise the systems to continually improve and ensure efficiency.
You'll monitor all aspects of quality, health and safety, and environment, analysing data, identifying trends and making recommendations to the Board.
You'll act as mentor and trainer to your colleagues and be the champion of QHSE in the business.About You:
To be considered as a QHSE Manager, you will need:
- A minimum of three years' experience of working in a similar role
- NEBOSH qualification
- Excellent understanding of current ISO standards
- The ability to influence and guide your colleagues
- Project management and analytical skills.
