A new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Paralegal has become available in central Leeds with a national L200 law firm.

This well respected Corporate Department provide commercial and practical advice on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals and investments.

This firms size and geographical reach enables them to advise on the entire range of corporate projects for their international, PLC and SME clients.

The successful Corporate Paralegal will have a minimum of 1 years' experience and will be working on the full spectrum of corporate work to include:

  • Corporate and tax restructuring and simplifications
  • Corporate governance
  • Employee ownership trusts
  • Equity capital markets
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Private equity
  • Shareholder arrangements
  • Strategic corporate projects
  • Supporting highgrowth and technology businesses
  • Venture and growth/development capital
