Kitchen Assistant - Weekends Only (Morning Shift)

Belvedere House is a Luxurious 64 bed Registered Care Home providing an excellent standard of residential care, including dementia care, as well as shorter term respite care._
There are excellent opportunities in our new Care Home for those who aspire to "really make a difference" to the lives of older people that have chosen to live in spectacular newly developed residential care services._

We are urgently recruiting for an experienced
Kitchen Assistant. You will ideally be qualified with Basic Food Hygiene Certificate to level 2 or 3 but not essential. Experience working within Care Homes, Schools and Hotels/Guest Houses would be desirable but not essential.

We are recruiting for the morning shift from 9am to 2pm covering Saturday & Sunday only. 5 hours each day.

Key Tasks

To maintain appropriate workflow in the kitchen by assuring prompt clearing and washing of dishes, crockery, pots and pans.
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the kitchen, dining and storage areas.
To ensure all dining and Bistro areas are kept tidy, set up and well stocked with food, beverages, cutlery and crockery.
To prepare refreshment trolleys.
To promote and display a professional image commensurate with the high standards of Crown Care Group.
Help with special events.

Salary:
£11 per hour

Job Type:
Part-time (10 hours), 5 hour shifts.
