Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Residents feel safe, secure and their personal needs are met
- Assisting Residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support to Residents
- Assisting with feeding
- Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitoring and reporting changes in Residents' health or behavior
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and keeping areas clean & tidy
Skills:
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent writtten, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Patience and understanding when dealing with residents
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
- Positive outlook and cando attitude
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
£10.90-£11.10 per hour
Expected hours:

Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tonypandy, CF40 2UD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Home care: 1 year (preferred)
- Care home: 1 year (required)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
