The role holder will be responsible for oversight of fund onboarding, vendor management/transfer agency, for a range of Luxembourg and international funds.


Key remits

  • Responsible for fund onboarding
  • Transfer agency oversight
  • Responsible for KIID and MI reporting
  • Dealing with payments and support of funds
  • Preparing legal documents and key prospectuses
  • Manage queries from both internal and external clients
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance

Experience
years proven fund administration, onboarding or oversight experience within Asset Management/3rd party environment

  • Experience with funds


  • Knowledge of UCITS

  • Irish Domiciled/ Lux Funds would be useful
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders and manage relationships
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to problem solve and identify risk
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast passed environments
