The Job
As the Growth Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Responsibility for the user growth of e-commerce in UK and plan/implement product growth strategies
Taking ecommerce GMV as the ultimate goal, responsible for the key goals of the entire user life cycle
Combining the goals of UK local and overseas business, work closely with cross functions to build up the country's innovative user growth capabilities

You

Have 5+ years' experience in a user growth role involving media buying, performance marketing strategy and product growth
Interested in exploring the similarities and differences in the needs of users across different territories
Energetic selfstarter and quick learner with strong organisational, communication and collaborative skills
Excellent analytical skills
