We are currently recruiting for a temporary receptionist to join a hospitality client located on the North side of Scarborough, the requirement is to support for 4-6 weeks during the summer holidays as this is the peak time for holiday makers.

We are looking for a real people person therefore you must be friendly, welcoming and all about Customer Service


Some of the key responsibilities:

  • Checking guests in at the front desk with a walk welcome
  • Handling reservations
  • Managing guest requests and complaints
  • Dealing with credit card payments
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Dealing with tourist information enquiries
  • Scanning/filing
  • Maintain the front desk to a high standard, organised, clean and tidy.


The working hours will be 5 days over 7 (includes weekends on a rota basis) working 8-hour days between the hours of 8.00am-10.00pm.

The hourly rate will be 10.50 per hour, parking on site.
