What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Advising managers regarding HR policies, development opportunities and training
  • Tracking administration around the performance process and management of timely and accurate updates on the HRIS platform
  • Organising and contributing to performance meetings
  • Ensuring all evaluations are completed ahead of performance review meetings
  • Allocation of managers new hire and promoted talent
  • Ownership of the promotion process
  • Work with counterparts in Europe to ensure consistency of processes

What is the company looking for?
