Our client based in Tamworth are looking for an Administrator on a temporary leading to a permanent contract.This is a genuine opportunity of gaining a fulltime contract for our client based in the construction industry.
Working hours:
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday -Thursday and 8.30am -4pm Friday 1 hour lunch
Key responsibilities:
- General Administrative Duties
- Answering Calls and correspondance
- Maintaining office supplies
- Providing secreterail support as required for various members of staff
- Requesting information from external parties
- Inputting and managing data in excel forms.
- Scheduling meetings, travel and accomodation as required
- Being an active member of the administrative team
- Any duties required to ensure the successful running of the business.
Relevant Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be flexible in their approach to the extent of and variance to, the list of responsibilities. Although there are some base tasks, no day is completely the same and the main aim of the role is to the support the wider team.
- Must be competent in the use of Microsoft software packages such as outlook, word and Excel and Powerpoint.
- Through attention to detail
- Ability to work in a group and individually
- Happy to learn new systems and skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Salary:
£9.50-£10.50 per hour
