Chapman recruitment are hiring a Liaison Officer on a temporary contract

Duties:


  • The role is for a Resident Liaison Officer on a Social Housing Retrofit project. The primary function of this position is to be the first point of contact between our teams and the residents, to ensure the residents are informed at all stages of the works due to take place in their homes.
- dealing with customer complaints
- provide support to vulnerable residents.

  • Full training will be provided (shadowing a current RLO).
  • As the role is customer facing, the role is full time on site.

License/certification:

  • Valid driving license (essential)

Job Type:
Temporary

Contract length: 3-6 months


Salary:
£16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Buckinghamshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
