Description
We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Videographer/Editor (20% filming / 80% editing) to work on construction and engineering video content projects, across various media and social platforms.
The role is office based in West Drayton and sometimes out on location, and you should live locally (West, North West London, Slough, Uxbridge, etc) to us or have your own vehicle (within 45 mins drive).
Profile
You are an experienced Camera Operator and Video Editor who can hit the ground running, be self motivated and also contribute creatively.
You will be responsible for the whole process of delivering professional and stylish videos to tight deadlines; from setting up shoots to producing final polished video edits.
You do not require your own kit. All state of the art computers, software and camera equipment will be provided.Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Produce, plan, coordinate filming when needed
- Setting up shoots; cameras and lighting
- Film using range of DSLR, Mirrorless and Action Cameras
- Data wrangling
- Editing on _
Adobe Premiere Pro_ in an _
Apple Mac_ environment - Colour matching and grading using Lumetri
- Exporting video versions to various specifications; eg YouTube, Instagram, Facebook
- Creating and delivering variations for socials
- Creative input throughout
Experience, Skills and Attributes
You will be a discrete professional and need:
- A minimum of
TWO YEARS proven video editing experience in a professional business environment. - Ability to remain calm in highpressure situations.
- High energy level; ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexible, adaptable teamplayer; ability to work as part of a unit.
- Display a professional and courteous manner to all clients, talent and staff.
- Ability to direct talent in front of camera when necessary.
- Self motivator with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and work flow systems set in place by management.
- Strong time management, sense of urgency and ability to hit deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of social media channels; YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
Company Description
Ashville are a pioneer in digital media within the construction industry, leading the way in creative and innovative story telling.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm and 2x Saturdays per month, with a 1 hour lunch break.
