Can you enrich the lives of young people as a Team Manager in our residential care settings?
We are looking for a caring, responsible, experienced Team Manager to join our fantastic team based in Denmead.

As Team Manager you will lead a team of Support Workers who care for our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe,comfortable, and healthy.

Our Team Managers carry out an essential and varied role, supporting the Registered Managers in leading a team to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the children and young people in our care.

You will design, implement and monitor the careand education plans to meet the individual needs of our children and young people, ensuring that key life and independent skills are achieved in the enriching and positive environment we strive to create.

When it comes to looking after our children, we never settle for second best.

We are looking for a Team Manager with previous experience of managing teams in a residential care setting, who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerableyoung people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.


Already qualified with Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, and working at Care Worker level 4 or above, you will be a calm, engaging, resilient manager, diligent with quality and compliance, and motivated to bring your experience to ateam that is passionate about providing a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.


About us:

Denmead comprises of 2 residential homes, Lavender House and Lily Cottage both under one registration with Ofsted. We are seeking to attain separate Ofsted registration for each of the homes.

Both offer residential care for children & young people aged 7-18with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.?The residential homes are set in rural South Hampshire offering a holistic model of care and education for the people we support, which is designed to provide an enriching and positive environment.

Denmeadis within commutable distance from Waterlooville, Fareham, Havant, Portsmouth, Gosport and other surrounding towns and villages.
