Student Accommodation
To assist in the day-to-day operation of the University Accommodation Department.

To provide an excellent customer service and tenancy management to students living in third party student accommodation, prospective students and to those seeking accommodation in the private rented sector.

To provide administrative and process support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the team.

The Role
We are looking for an Accommodation Officer to support the UWL Accommodation team during a time of growth.

The role will involve engaging with Students to ensure all their Residential needs are met, providing administration support, booking rooms, raising maintenance jobs, and attending Open Days and other accommodation marketing event.

This post will involve working with a number of internal and external stakeholders including students, accommodation providers, landlords, lecturers, marketing and finance.

The Person
You will be able to efficiently use Microsoft Excel at intermediate level, have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Due to the nature of the role out of hours work may be required, especially during our peak period in July-October
