One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking for a HSEQ professional to come in at Advisor level on a major corporate banking account.

The employer offer Engineering and Cleaning services across the client's UK estate which consists of corporate offices, UK Headquarter facility and a major Data Centre.

The account is serviced via a mix of site based staff and mobile service teams.

It is imperative to have a strong account embedded HSEQ function to oversee and manage risk, in this role you will support FM teams, but also will engage closely with the client at multiple levels from your peer at customer side to end users on the site.

This is a fantastic role for a developing, qualified HSEQ professional to join a major, prestigious account working for a world renowned FM service provider.

Actions will include:

Support, coach and mentor the Account operational teams and provide competent HSEQ advice
Collation, analysis and dissemination of HSEQ information and statistics
Leadership of the UK Management System and client Key Controls
Ensure compliance with the employer's certified Integrated Management System (IMS)
Implement and monitor an internal audit programme
Lead on environmental compliance and Aspects & Impacts management
Embed employer HSEQ programmes
Lead incident escalation, investigation, root cause analysis, Lessons Identified and Incident Review Panels (IRP) for the account
Drive a consistent approach to HSEQ and collaborate with Operations Performance teams and central functions
