The main focus of the role is the administration behind the resolution of customer complaints, day to day duties will include:- Acknowledging all complaint queries within 24 hours
- Issuing letters to open complaint customers
- Sending 8 week letters to open complaint customers
- Managing Trust Pilot link to all complaint customers that have had a complaint resolved
- Monitoring the refunds outstanding with Complaints
- Assessing the credit adjustments outstanding with Finance, that relate to Complaint
