Business Support Executive
Hymans Robertson Investment Services (HRIS) is a Discretionary Fund Manager (DFM) which will be celebrating being 2 years old in April 2023 where we have achieved significant growth within the team.
We have recently increased the number of Relationship Directors (RD's) from 3 to 6 and as a result we are looking for a Business Support Executive to support our Relationship Directors in delivering excellent levels of service to our clients and prospect firms.
Part of this role will require travel between our Hyman Robertson's offices in London, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow.Key Responsibilities
You will be supporting our Relationship Directors with the following:
- Monthly live and back tested performance production
- Prospect comparisons and data requests
- Attend meetings with Relationship Directors and own assigned actions alongside issuing follow up documentation post meeting
- Quarterly client reporting and performance analysis
- Manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system ensuring relevant data is held and kept up to date
- Competitor analysis and market updates from the broad market
- Analyse campaign data and work with Relationship Directors on contact strategy
- Communicate and provide input to articles for our clients/prospects and ensure our website is up to date, maintaining a record of all communications
- Upload new documents/articles to internal SharePoint site ensuring audit trail of documents is kept and updated where needed
- Ad hoc administrative duties to support our Relationship Directors
- Adhering to the firm's Information Security standards, policies and procedures
- Preparing relevant client onboarding forms such as Anti Money Laundering forms
- Maintaining CIM and other internal platforms
- Liaising with our internal operations team to ensure clear lines of communication
About you
We are looking for individuals with the following:
- Extensive industry and market knowledge within the IFA market.
- Commercial awareness of the market opportunities for Hymans and firms within our target market
- Understanding of the regulatory changes within the market and the implications for our target firms and Hyman Robertson Investment Services
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written format
- Have a positive and proactive approach
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong listening and analysis skills
- Ability to be agile and responsive to business requirements and issues
