Your new opportunity

Assistant Director of People (Communities) - HAY 3**You will have overall leadership responsibility for all elements of the Council's Locality Working model, which is based on the principle of early intervention across a wide range of Council services.


Working across the full range of partnerships, you will continue to develop and facilitate our locality model whilst supporting our resilient neighbourhoods to be great places to live.


This is a challenging key role that will give you the opportunity to lead people and performance and work corporately as well as collaboratively with partners.
