    The Director, EMEA Start-ups will be the single-threaded owner responsible for AWS' startup customers across the EMEA region, leading a large multi-layered organisation that spans 20+ countries.

    This individual is responsible for leading commercial sales (inside sales and outside), demand and lead generation, account management, business development, solutions architecture, startup programs & product development, as well as operations and strategy.

    This growing organization currently numbers over 1000 people globally, over 400 people in EMEA, with continued plans to scale year on year.
