The role


We are seeking someone with training skills and the ability to complete complex paperwork
15 hours per week temporary until March 2024, with a salary
pro rata
of
£26,461 to join our small, friendly, and busy team, working on the Multiply project, which is funded by the Department for Education via UKSPF funding.


The project will improve the numeracy skills of local people and is in two parts delivered through of fun and engaging sessions to build the confidence of participants to improve their numeracy skills.


  • Proven experience in engaging with a diverse range of customers and the ability to mentor, motivate and demonstrate energy and vision.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to influence and inspire young individuals.
  • Excellent administration and computer skills
  • Minimum PTLLS qualification or equivalent
  • Proven skills in teaching and learning
  • Ability to transport yourself across North Lincolnshire
