We are now looking for a Groundsman to support our Park Supervisor in maintaining our Development, Royale Dunton Court.


Salary:
£19,500 but will increase to £21,500 after completion of successful 3 month probation

**Responsibilities will include:
- *
  • To be responsible for the upkeep of all parks and grounds including grass cutting, strimming, edging and landscaping
  • To maintain existing and forthcoming Park facilities
  • To assist with renovation or redecoration projects
  • To carry out planned maintenance works on Park
  • To support the Park Supervisor with sourcing local suppliers and tradespeople
  • To keep up the maintenance of all on site equipment eg., lawnmowers, tools etc
  • To assisting with the movement of equipment, vehicles, park homes, tools etc around the Park to best respond to needs
  • To support onsite Contractors when necessary
