About The Role:


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Manage all stages of the recruitment lifecycle from initial planning through interviewing and onboarding.
  • Effectively manage a highvolume recruitment project ensuring timely and efficient staffing of our summer courses.
  • Ensure all safeguarding checks (DBS, right to work, references etc.) are completed accurately and are up to date, maintaining Bell's high safeguarding standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with sales figures, HR procedures and budgets.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in recruitment, particularly managing volume vacancies and conducting interviews.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding compliance and safeguarding procedures.
  • Experience of working with an inhouse recruitment management system.
  • Familiarity with the education sector and/or safeguarding would be beneficial.
  • Experience of processing preemployment checks such as DBS checks, right to work and reference would be beneficial.
  • This role is based in our Cambridge office with the possibility for some hybrid working at certain points during the year, to be agreed with your line manager.
