We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager to own the current and future products suite, features and their commercial success.

Reporting to the Managing Director the Product Delivery Manager's core responsibility is to own the product roadmap, driving actions throughout the organisation to get products to market on time and to budget.

Working with Sales, Software Engineering and IPC's development partners, you will define the scope and priority of all development efforts from inception to commercial release.


What are we looking for?

  • Strong Product Management experience coupled with Project Management experience within UCaas, cloud telephony or IT
  • Experience in project Management of offshore 3rd party software providers
  • Customer insight skills
  • Lean Development with MVPs commercial awareness
  • The ability to quickly pick up technical understanding of products (including appreciation of code complexity etc)
  • Strong industry knowledge of relevant telephony products e.g. PBX/VoIP solutions across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrable team working skills
  • Self motivated and confident
  • Proven ability to manage multiple project simultaneously

What does the role involve?

  • Driving action throughout the IPC organisation to get products to market on time and to budget
  • Create, document and manage product requirements and roadmaps using tools such as Jira, Confluence, FitHub, Product Board etc.
  • Maintain and prioritise product backlog and inlife product lifecycles
  • Evangelise products to existing and prospective customers: seeking feedback to tune products and buyin to drive revenue
  • Performance manage 3rd party partners
  • Support Sales to define and proactively manage Proof of Concepts with customers and prospects
  • Plan and carry out product launches and review their success
  • Create and communicate robust product value propositions and business cases
  • Regularly report on insights, analysis and status of product delivery to key stakeholders
