We are looking to a hire permanent, full time, experienced Machine Minder that has experience within the manufacturing sector.

You will have experience with sealing and bagging packing machines such as :
Ilapak, Ishida, Pro-Seal, Seal-Pack, Mondin, Bilwico based at our factory in Tarleton, Preston, PR4 6XB.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the machines within the production area are served with the correct tooling and maintained to a high standard, ensuring the delivery of the production schedule by leading their team through supervision, instruction, and training.

This is an active team player role and will be expected to run a line during spells of absence and holiday cover.

Based within the Prepared Produce department you will ensure manufacturing machines are served with the correct tooling and maintained to a high standard to ensure a smooth running of operations.

You will be responsible for efficient running of the production lines including preventive actions, efficient start -up and smooth running of machinery.

Hourly Rates:
£13.00 (inclusive of performance bonus)

Shift: 4 on 4 off - Full Time - Overtime available upon request

Working Hours: 5:30am - 5pm

Breaks:
x2 20-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute paid unpaid break

To be successful you will have 1+ year experience within food manufacturing
, in addition you will drive positive change by a can do and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to build rapport and trust with co-workers at all levels.

Salary:
£11.50-£13.00 per hour
