We are looking for a skilled Lead Chef to join our team in the Central Production Kitchen. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with experience in event service and preparation.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring all recipes and specifications are followed while on shift at the central kitchen. You will also assist senior staff members in driving production efficiency, lead food service events across multiple venues within our portfolio, adhering strictly to health & safety policies.
