    Quality Coordinator (Manufacturing)

    We are seeking a skilled Quality Coordinator / Engineer with a strong mechanical background to join our team in Leicester.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our manufactured products, which include transformers, reactors, and similar components supplied to leading blue-chip companies.

    Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus progression opportunities, comprehensive training, an early finish on Fridays, and attractive company benefits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To maintain and improve the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
    • To conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
    • To investigate and resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
    • To work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements.
    • To maintain accurate records and reports related to quality performance.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quality Coordinator / Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
