Cotton Exchange Chambers is a paediatric neuropsychology medico-legal firm.

Children and young people who have suffered a wide range of brain injuries involved in medico-legal cases are assessed for the courts.

Paediatric neuropsychology is a fascinating area of psychology to learn about brain-behaviour development, specialist educational support and evidence-based rehabilitation.

A vacancy has arisen for an Assistant Psychologist to join the neuropsychology team.

The majority of our previous assistant psychologists have proceeded to obtain places on professional doctorates in clinical or educational psychology.

The post holder will assist the team in a broad range of duties including preparation for appointments, neuropsychological assessment, school observations, reviewing medical and educational records and preparation of reports.

A significant part of the role involves travelling around the UK to assess children in their schools alongside a Consultant.

Post-holders are reimbursed for such travel. The assistant's base will be in the Liverpool office.

Psychology graduates eligible for British Psychological Society Graduate Membership and an excellent academic record are welcome to apply.


Salary:
£21,892.00-£24,907.00 per year
