Our amazing #TeamForrestWalk in Uphall, West Lothian are on the lookout for new colleagues to join them We have full and part-time positions available along with relief opportunities if you are looking for something more flexible.


The Role


You'll become part of a fun, friendly team who provide residential, respite and day care support to individuals with various disabilities and additional support needs.


With a focus on maintaining and promoting independence, you will work in a person-centred way to provide support in all aspects of daily living, including cooking and preparing meals, personal care, administering medication and managing personal finances.

You'll also play a huge part in supporting them with their hobbies and interests too, including cooking, baking, dominoes, basketball, going for walks and trips to the local pub.


About You
You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification too

Shift Patterns


As we're dedicated to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual the shifts usually fall between the hours of , sleepovers, waking nights and weekend and public holiday working on a rotational basis.


Sleepovers are not included in your contracted hours and you'll receive an additional payment of
£84 for every sleepover shift you work.

Waking night shifts are paid at your normal hourly rate, plus an additional payment of £20 per night.
