We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join their team of staff in the Operations department.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems
  • Basic financial awareness
  • Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment.

Duties of this role include:


  • This role provides on site reception coverage for our clinical sites.
  • The role will be responsible for providing the first face to face contact with our patients.
  • The role will support the checking in and guiding of patients to their appointments.
  • The role will ensure high levels of customer service and maintain their local environments accordingly.
  • The role will support the local site coordinators in the escalation and management of local stock control and estates.
  • The role will support in the completion and monitoring of site risk and audit compliance.
  • The role will be required to support patients with face to face enquires and direct them to the relevant services if resolutions cannot be achieved.
  • The post will also be required to support the onsite clinical teams as required working alongside the sites clinical support roles.
  • Reception experience in Medical setting desirable but not essential
IT literate Customer service experience essential
Previous work experience in Healthcare desirable but not essential
