I have the pleasure of recruiting for a fast growing company and would not want you to miss any opportunity


This is an important role and you will be relied upon supporting a small team, being the frontline for taking customer enquiries, booking appointments and day to day duties.


Responsibilities:

Answer calls

Maintain diaries for engineers.

Communicate with team and clients.

Ensure job completion and invoicing for works.

Process payments Credit control Credit checks before extending credit

Job planning and liaison Scheduling / efficiency Drain surveys (training will be provided)


Experience:

We are looking for someone with previous experience as Office Manager

Great Admin experience in a similar role or industry

Organisational skills

Use Initiative

Training will provided
