Description
A well-established business support service organisation is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team.

This is a part-time role,16-20 hours per week, Monday - Friday afternoon (pm) sessions. The position is based on-site from their office in Raynes Park, London, SW20.

However, you may be required to work additional hours during staff holiday/sickness cover, and/or from their Central London (Oxford Circus) office.


In order to be suitable for this position you will be a personable individual with proven sales, customer service and administration experience, paired with excellent communication skills both oral and written.

You will understand the importance of KYC, customer confidentiality and have excellent time management. Alongside this, you will have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM etc.


You will have at least 5 years experience in customer services, sales and office administration in a fast-paced office environment.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16-20 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour
