Working with other Supply Chain Planners & Analysts, our 3rd party logistics partner, and consignment supplier to achieve key availability KPI's whilst identifying optimisation opportunities in our inventory holding.
Handling queries from our Retail estate regarding stock managing their expectations and arranging for the top up of additional stock where required.
Processing of replenishment orders into internal systems in a timely manner to ensure stock reaches the channel in time.
Communicating key stock and availability updates on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required.
Management of parameters set in various systems ensuring our automated replenishment tool continues to operate at an optimum level.
Working with go to market teams to manage new product introductions stock into the Retail channel.
Work in an advisory capacity towards the Retail estate's demand & supply plans.
Stock replenishment and recall management across opening, closing and relocating stores.
When required, provide support and assistance with key Supply Chain projects.
Exception management of constrained stock in channel setting expectations with key stakeholders and providing regular updates on this.
Day to day management and updates of our SCM Stock Hub.
