Description
Large housing provider in the Northampton area currently require a housing repairs co-ordinator for an initial period of 6 months.
Purpose of the role:
- To support the responsive repairs operational teams by collating, analysing, and providing key service information relating to inhouse and contractor performance.
- Interrogation and data management to inform managers of performance against key indicators.
- Assisting the complex works team in the management of disrepair claims, insurance claims and more complex repairs.
office based
£14 - £17 an hour
6 month contract initially
