The Kings Head Inn is located just 8 miles of Norwich City Centre, in the quaint village of Brooke. After an extensive 3-year renovation project, we are now almost ready to open the doors and kick start our brand new journey

The Kings Head Inn offers two fully stocked bars, a gastro dining restaurant serving up organic, locally sourced seasonal dishes, a spacious function room and 9 luxury bedrooms.

We are searching for fabulous, confident Front of House staff to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers and guests as they arrive
Taking food and beverage orders
Serving food and beverages to tables
Taking payments as and when required
Clearing and relaying tables

Requirements of the role:

Handson approach with a cando work style.
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
Strong communication skills.

Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service.

Confident and comfortable talking to customers and dealing with complaints & queries when required.

Full-Time & Part-Time positions are available.

Evening and weekend availability essential.

Salary is dependent on experience.
