We are looking for a
Retail Sales Administrator who would like to help us reach our mission of 'making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives'.


Reporting into the Marketing Manager, and as a Retail Sales Administrator y
our key responsibilities are

  • Manage department inboxes, responding and assigning as necessary
  • Update and maintain customer information on our internal systems
  • Order equipment to customers properties
  • Coordinate and organise customer events
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders

About you

  • Proven administrative experience within a fast pace environment
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively prioritise own work load
  • Exemplary attention to detail
