We are looking for a
Retail Sales Administrator who would like to help us reach our mission of 'making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives'.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, and as a Retail Sales Administrator y
our key responsibilities are

Manage department inboxes, responding and assigning as necessary
Update and maintain customer information on our internal systems
Order equipment to customers properties
Coordinate and organise customer events
Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders

About you

Proven administrative experience within a fast pace environment
Experience of delivering excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively prioritise own work load
Exemplary attention to detail
