Description

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and proactive individual to join our Risk Management Health and Safety Practice providing support to Account Directors in servicing our clients with effective risk management solutions.

The Role

Deliver risk management services and solutions to a range of diverse business sectors
Keep up to date with current and impending UK Health and Safety Legislation
Keep up to date with relevant ISO standards
Work towards the NEBOSH Diploma (funded by company)
Accurately record income data on the data management system
Maintain a good working relationship with Account Directors and Practice Heads
Hit key objectives which are set annually
Complete mandatory training modules
Comply with all internal processes and procedures
Assist in any administrative functions as required (ie. SPOE Checks)

The Requirements

Educated to A level standard and or IOSH Certificate
Working towards the NEBOSH Diploma
Good knowledge of existing H&S legislation and ISO standards
Must have management system audit experience
Good report writing skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to develop and deliver training sessions
Attention to detail
Ability to organise and prioritise workloads with good time management skills
Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
Experience in delivering effective risk management solutions
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
