We are reliable, ethical, and obsessed with delivering high quality 'bespoke' products and excellent customer service.We are currently looking for highly organised and ambitious administrative support executive to join our Colchester based team.
This role will be to support our Supply Chain team with the day-to-day management of our supplier relationships both internal and external, this includes ensuring processes comply with regulatory standards as well as internal procedures and guidelines.
- Managing diaries, formalising agendas and monitoring inboxes
- Providing admin support for the supplier manager and senior team members.
- Managing all MI requests and ensuring all tracker and registered are updated.
- Liaising with colleagues across the business with any supplier related queries.
To be successful in this role you will need to possess strong Excel skills, consider yourself a highly organised individual and be able to demonstrate this.
Strong problem-solving skills, a team focused work ethic, and excellent communication skills and the confidence to deal with colleague and clients of all levels are a must.
