    Description

    The role of Bank Operating Department Practitioner is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled and experienced ODP to work on a bank contract in the Theatre department at West Midlands Hospital.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of high-quality patient care, working closely with the Theatre team to ensure safe and effective operations.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of theatres and equipment.
    • Providing support to theatre staff during surgical procedures.
    • Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of patient care.
    • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and suggesting improvements to workflows and processes.
    • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
