Description
Band 4 Nursing Associate for Oak Ward within The Redwoods Centre. Fulltime, permanent contract for 37.5hrs per week.Oak Ward cares for patients who are older adults, with either a functional mental health or dementia diagnosis.
As a Registered Nursing Associate, you will be responsible for delivering high quality clinical service to service users and their families and carers.
You will participate in therapeutic group work programmes as well as supporting the nurse in charge to ensure patients needs are met.
You will be required to administer medication and monitor each individuals care needs in order to develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care under the direct supervision of the nurse in charge.
You will also be required to support student nurses and nursing associates on placement.
You will need to be NMC registered and you will be required to work within the NMC Code of Practice and Professional guidelines.
You may already live in Shropshire or are considering relocation.
