We have an exciting opportunity for a
Cleaning Team Leader
to join the Facilities Team at our Harpurhey Campus on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week, working 06:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday - with some flexibility
) basis.
What the Cleaning Team Leader role entails.
To supervise, organise and lead a team of Cleaners to provide an effective and efficient cleaning service across a designated college campus.
You will monitor quality & standards and line manage the personnel of the campus cleaning team, in line with TMC SLA's, strategies, policies & procedures.
With an innovative & sustainable approach, you will lead & encourage the cleaning team to deliver a professional, comprehensive, high-quality service to all building users.
The skills and experience required for the role of Building Services Supervisor include:
Understanding of COSHH regulations
A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations
Implement COSHH and task-based risk assessments
Supervision experience required
Cleaning machinery knowledge
Competent IT user
