We're looking for an ambitious Marketing Assistant specialising in SEO and paid media to join our friendly team and growing marketing department

Clik is a software company that provides management solutions for a wide range of field service industries.

We're a small team based in South Bristol that cares about providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will:

Manage our paid media channels, including but not limited to, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
Be proactive in coming up with new opportunities and ideas for generating leads and driving traffic through paid search and organic avenues.
Support the marketing team in daytoday business projects and assist with other campaigns and administrative tasks.
Work closely with other departments to produce accurate, consistent content across different platforms.
Ensure the Clik brand is correct and consistent across all marketing channels and companywide.

Essential Criteria

1+ years of experience in a similar B2B or agency marketing role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC and lead generation.
Previous experience with setting up and monitoring paid media ad campaigns across a variety of platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook.
A working knowledge of analytics software such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs and Microsoft Clarity.
Willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
Existing knowledge of keyword research, website optimisation, backlink strategies and competitor analysis.
Able to work to deadlines, organise work efficiently and prioritise tasks.
Good eye for detail and excellent written communication skills.

Desirable Criteria

Experience with image design tools such as Photoshop, Canva and Illustrator.
Previous experience with creating and promoting video content.
Working knowledge of technical SEO and HTML.
Experience with performing technical SEO audits and A/B testing to identify areas of improvement.

Job specifics:

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm

£21,000-24,000 DOE + Cycle to Work Scheme, Free Sports Massages, Quarterly Socials, Private Pension, Critical Illness cover (After 1 year) + 22 Days Holiday (Rising with Service) + Christmas Shutdown.
