Job Purpose
We are looking for a Fundraising and Communications Assistant to join Villiers Park.

The Fundraising and Communications Assistant will support colleagues in our Fundraising and Communications teams, ensuring that we deliver excellent stewardship to current and prospective supporters, keep our records up to date and engage effectively with audiences across the country.

You will have excellent organisation and planning skills, are confident about working with databases and a strong communicator who enjoys working with a range of stakeholders.

We are a small team so you will be proactive and intuitive in your approach.

The post holder will develop and maintain both internal and external contacts and will need a good understanding of Villiers Park's work and social mobility.

Organisational Values

Fairness:

We strive for justice and argue unwaveringly for fairness in a world of compromise, prejudice, inequality and deeply entrenched disadvantage.

Empowerment:

We are passionate about working with individuals to enable them to find the skills and resources within themselves to flourish and have healthy futures.

Aspiration:

We continually seek ways to improve what we do, how we do it, and the impact we have on the world around us.

Courage:
We create an environment where we can be courageous by speaking and listening openly. We know that courage means taking risks and support others to learn.
