Eames Consulting are currently working with a nationally recognised Insurer who are looking for a experienced Insurance professional to join the team as a Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Be responsible for managing and coaching a team of local underwriters to deliver market leading service to a panel of regional brokers.
Profitably Underwrite bespoke commercial risks in line with the businesses underwriting criteria.
Maintain good working relationships both internally and externally in line with the business core values.
Attend scheduled broker meetings and social events to promote midmarket growth.
Maintain a accurate Audit trail using appropriate systems, practices and procedures.
