Platform Business Analyst
About the role
We're on the lookout for a Platform Business Analyst to join our Platform Systems BA team.

This role is integral to understand and analyse user and business needs to support the delivery of change in the business and across the customer marketplace.

You will be responsible working closely with the Platform team to achieve the results needed of thisrole.

You'll spend your time:

Collaborating and working closely with users to understand their business needs and document these requirements to develop new products, tools, and deliver change.
Working with development teams and thirdparty suppliers to deliver these outcomes.
Managing deadlines.
Participating in internal projects through to completion.
Identifying opportunities to enhance current processes/solutions and having confidence in highlighting this to corresponding areas.
Managing the endtoend delivery of assigned deliverables.
Business modelling documents, business processes, operating models, and workflows in both asis and tobe states.

A bit about you

You will have a passion for business analytics and will thrive on investigating, analysing, visualising, articulating, and solving complex problems making practical recommendations for possible solutions.

You will be confident in defining test conditions andsupporting the testing of features as required.
We've always placed more importance on cultural contribution above technical ability, but we'd really like to you have/be:

Knowledge of development methodologies that are used by Nucleus to plan, develop, test, deliver and maintain the Nucleus product
Understanding of business analysis and modelling techniques.
Knowledge of Sonata platform or similar wealth platform technical and maintenance.
Knowledge of JIRA and support processes such as change & release management.
Attending and being an active participant/contributor in, Sprint planning, Sprint check ins and regular stand ups
Able to communicate, verbally or in writing, and manage stakeholders
Able to work effectively and flexibly with multidisciplinary teams
Understanding of the different types of users and stakeholders that use the platform including:
Investing clients
IFAs
DFMs
Nucleus ops
