Job DescriptionHousekeeping Theatre Assistant Night Team Lead | New Hall Hospital | Part Time 25 Hours PW
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Hotel Services Team.
Applicants will enjoy working within a team and have a desire to gain further skills bringing professionalism and excellent customer care to New Hall Hospital.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Housekeeping Manger to provide a premium level of service to our patients, staff, and visitors and will be involved in all aspects of service in housekeeping.- Implementing weekly and monthly audits.- The recruitment of inductions/performance review of all staff within your department.- Undertaking managerial tasks as requested by the Housekeeping Manager.- Working independently and managing own priorities and adhering to strict guidelines.- Developing and maintaining effective inter-personal relationships to work with others.- Previous team lead experience- Strong organisational skills.
